Mack Honors Nation's Fallen and Missing in 2008 Ride for Freedom
LEHIGH VALLEY, PA (May 21, 2008) -

Each year over the Memorial Day weekend, employees at the New River Valley Plant in Dublin, VA gather for a Memorial Day ceremony. On May 24, for the fifth year, a MACK® highway truck built at NRV will join several hundred motorcyclists - many plant employees - on a journey to Washington, DC as part of the annual Rolling Thunder® - Ride for Freedom Rally. The Mack Pinnacle® Axle Forward model features special graphics showing the sacrifices American military have made throughout history and promoting the Wounded Warrior Project, a national effort to raise awareness and support for the needs of men and women severely injured in the service of their country (www.woundedwarrior.org).
