All REMACK® Remanufactured Muzzle Loaders™ come ready to install into cylinder bores. Assembled units come complete with reman connecting rods, piston crowns, snap rings and wrist pins. New components included are piston rings, piston skirt and cylinder liner. Muzzle Loaders are completely disassembled and cleaned. The connecting rods are magnaglow inspected to detect even the smallest of cracks. Precision machining centers remove any bend or twist and ensure proper surface finish. Crank bores are brought back to original size and specification. New wrist pin bushings are installed into the rod and machined to size. The pistons are cleaned and visually inspected. Acceptable pistons are dimensionally gauged to ensure proper size and specification. If all criteria is met, new bushings are installed (if applicable). The Muzzle Loaders are assembled by trained technicians and packaged for shipment.
All REMACK Remanufactured Muzzle Loader Overhaul Kits come with six REMACK Remanufactured Muzzle Loaders ready for installation into cylinder bores. Also included in each kit are the following: two Cylinder Head Gasket Sets, One Upper Engine Gasket, One Lower Engine Gasket, and Rod and Main Bearing Sets.
