Located 20 minutes from Mack's production facility in Macungie, Pennsylvania, the Mack Customer Center houses over 250 employees from Mack sales, customer order fulfillment, order to delivery, customer engineering, and IT.
The Mack Customer Center provides an ultimate experience for customers! This facility is equipped with a product review center and an extensive proving ground for customers to test their vehicles in real-world road applications. Customers can also relive the rich and exciting history of the oldest heavy truck manufacturer in the United States by visiting the Mack Museum, now located at the Mack Customer Center.
