Mack Over the Air Programming (OTA)

In an effort to continuously meet the needs of our customers, we have streamlined the process of completing both the ASIST profile and OTA registrations in an online and easy to use format.

We have also added a new section to the form for Driver-Display Activation (DDA) Configuration giving users an easy way to dial in Notification and Password options as part of this new feature for the OTA service.

It is critical to your success & uptime that you provide contact information that allows the Uptime support teams to have knowledge about your business and handle event management in the most appropriate manner.  If you have not completed a registration or believe it should be updated, you may use the form below. Our team can then review and make necessary changes. Also, in the event of any questions, we are able to contact you directly.

- Once OTA registration is submitted, we will perform a contact and vehicle eligibility* check.

- Once Driver-Display Activation Configuration is submitted, we will remotely make the selected changes to all DDA-equipped trucks at your fleet.  Any future DDA updates will utilize the new chosen settings.  Please allow ten business days for the changes to take effect.

(*Only trucks built after October 2016 [Model year 2017, 2018 or above] are eligible for OTA Programming. Eligible trucks must be Mack-powered with Greenhouse Gas 2017 Emissions and equipped with GuardDog Connect.)

Note that once your registration is updated, we will notify you with a confirmation email.
