70-Inch Stand Up sleeper (left) was a starring attraction at Oracle’s Modern Customer Experience (CX) 2018 conference April 10–12 in Chicago (right). Oracle is a global provider of enterprise cloud computing. The conference focused on how companies are innovating to transform the way customers experience their brands using a variety of digital tools. Mack Trucks shared the story of the Mack Anthem launch, which successfully combined traditional marketing like print ads and trade shows with modern marketing, such as digital ads, social media and the strategic deployment of video, including virtual reality, to drive customer consideration of the new product.
