About Us
The Baltimore, Maryland Parts Distribution Center (PDC) has been supporting Mack dealers and customers since 1979. Today, the 140,000-square-foot facility is one of eight Regional Parts Distribution Centers located in North America, shipping both stock and emergency parts to Mack and Volvo Trucks customers throughout the U.S. – about 35,000 stock keeping units (SKUs) and 165,000 order lines annually. The Baltimore PDC serves dealers in the Northeast region of the U.S., including Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine.

- Employs about 60 people, about 55 of whom are UAW-represented.

- Certified to the internationally recognized ISO 9001 standard for quality, and ISO 14001 standard for environmental management systems.
