Our plans and premiums are among the industry’s best. For the medical plan, on average, Mack pays $96 for every $100 of medical cost incurred by employees.
Low premiums
The medical premium employees pay is about 5% of the total cost of coverage.
Free dental premium
Mack provides generous dental coverage with no premium cost to employees and their families.
Free vision premium
Mack provides vision coverage with no premium cost to employees and their families.
Low costs
Mack works to keep your costs low. The annual maximum an individual pays for out-of-pocket medical costs has not changed since 2009. The annual deductible has not changed since 2016. Medical premiums have not changed since 2017.
Wellness program
Employees can reduce their medical premiums by $8 a week ($416 a year) by participating in our wellness program.
