• Our premiums are among the industry’s lowest. The medical premium employees pay is about 5% of the total cost of coverage.
• Mack provides dental coverage at no cost to employees and their families.
• Mack provides vision coverage at no cost to employees and their families.
• Mack works to keep your costs low.
  • The annual maximum an individual pays for out-of-pocket medical costs has not changed since 2009.
  • The annual deductible has not changed since 2016.
  • Medical premiums have not changed since 2017.

Employees can reduce their medical premiums by $8 a week ($416 a year) by participating in our wellness program.
