At Mack Trucks' Roanoke Valley Operations (RVO) facility, we’re proud to produce the Mack® MD and Mack® MD Electric, continuing a legacy of quality, innovation, and durability.
Opened in 2020, this state-of-the-art 352,000 square-foot facility is dedicated to producing our medium-duty trucks, designed to meet the diverse needs of customers across a range of industries. RVO’s strategic location in Virginia not only supports Mack’s growth but also aligns with our sustainability goals. As we continue to invest in our future, the RVO plant is undergoing a $14.5 million expansion to accommodate increasing demand for the MD Series and our growing lineup of electric vehicles.
Our commitment to excellence at RVO is reflected in the milestones we’ve achieved, such as producing the 10,000th Mack MD Series truck in just three years of operation. The facility is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team, who ensure that every truck built here upholds Mack's renowned standards of performance and reliability.
