All REMACK transmissions are fully disassembled, inspected and remanufactured back to Mack specifications by Mack factory trained technicians. Every REMACK transmission includes new bearings, seals and gaskets.

REMACK m DRIVE AMT Offerings

m DRIVE Complete: Your Best Solution

While all m DRIVE units are built using only Pure Mack parts and remanufactured by Mack-certified, factory-trained technicians, the m DRIVE Complete is your best solution.

The m DRIVE Complete:

  • Is the m DRIVE Basic plus the clutch control actuator, top shift cover, and the transmission's electronic control unit.
  • Consists of complete transmissions that are installation ready.
  • Includes all of the latest engineering updates, regardless of model.
  • Is dyno-tested under load to Mack’s factory specs.
  • Comes with a two-year, unlimited mileage warranty when installed by an authorized Mack dealer.

m DRIVE Basic: Your Better Solution

Some assembly is needed with the m DRIVE Basic. The top shift cover, the transmission’s electronic control unit and the clutch control actuator are not included.

The m DRIVE Basic:

  • Is the m DRIVE Short plus the range kit.
  • Includes all of the latest engineering updates, regardless of model.
  • Comes with a two-year, unlimited mileage warranty when installed by an authorized Mack dealer.

m DRIVE Short: Your Good Solution

Some assembly is needed with the m DRIVE Short. The top shift cover, the transmission’s electronic control unit, the range kit and the clutch control actuator are not included.

The m DRIVE Short:

  • Provides the ability to have your truck in and out for service in one to two days.
  • Includes all of the latest engineering updates, regardless of model, except for the parts reused.
  • Comes with a one-year, unlimited mileage warranty on the gear box, but not on the parts that are locally installed. Includes parts and labor on the gear box when installed by an authorized Mack dealer.

Range Kits

m DRIVE Transmission Range Sections are completely disassembled and cleaned using the latest technology. All critical components and “high wear” items are replaced with new. Machining of remanufactured components undergoes stringent quality control processes using precision machining centers to ensure that performance and reliability standards are met.

The Range Housing Service Kit includes:

  • High Range Drum
  • Spacer Ring, Snap Rings, Speed Sensor
  • Output Flange
  • Oil Filter

Control Units & Top Covers

All covers are cleaned and inspected, with bores machined as required. Shift rails are gauged for size and straightness. All "range valve"-type top covers are built with the latest style: non-adjustable pin height design. Available for T200 and T300 models.

Flywheels

Remanufactured flywheels are available as an alternative to new flywheels and provide a lower mDRIVE service cost. All remanufactured flywheels are completely cleaned and inspected for any damage. The flywheels are remanufactured according to the latest engineering specifications. The pilot bearing is included and installed for your convenience.
