ClearTech™ One combines our Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology and Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) in a simple and compact configuration.
ClearTech™ One was developed using sophisticated CFD analysis to determine optimal internal exhaust flow and DEF mixing performance. It intelligently uses waste heat to keep both the diesel particulate filter (DPF) and selective catalytic reduction (SCR) working at top efficiency, reducing the need for active or parked regen events. The DPF is designed as an easy-to-use cartridge and can be serviced by simply removing a few clamps and fasteners for quick maintenance.
ClearTech™ One’s compact design saves space to increase flexibility and simplify chassis configurations. That means it can meet the unique needs of your application and mount to your truck body easier than ever.
This solution is 17 pounds lighter than our previous ClearTech™ aftertreatment system. Its durable and lightweight design is more compact, which benefits chassis component packaging so you carry more payload for more revenue. Less is more.

This solution delivers up to 11 extra inches of space on the frame rail, which is important for short wheelbase applications like single axle daycab tractors, multi-axle dumps and snowplows.
